This Privacy Policy explains how Elite Business Machines Pvt Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), operating the brand Wyniki™ through the website at wyniki.in, collects, uses, stores and shares your personal data when you visit our website or purchase our products.

We are committed to compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Sensitive Personal Data or Information Rules, 2011, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the “DPDP Act”).

1. Information we collect

• Account & order information: name, email address, mobile number, shipping address, billing address, order history.
• Payment information: handled entirely by Razorpay Software Pvt Ltd. We do not see, store or process your card number, UPI PIN or net banking credentials. We only receive a payment reference ID.
• Device & usage information: IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, time spent, and similar analytics signals to improve the site.
• Communications: any message you send us through email, our contact form, WhatsApp or phone.

2. How we use your information

• To process and fulfil your orders, including handing over the minimum required address information to our shipping partners.
• To send order confirmations, dispatch notifications, tracking links and delivery updates.
• To respond to your support queries.
• To detect and prevent fraud, abuse and unauthorised access.
• To comply with applicable Indian laws, including GST and consumer protection regulations.
• With your explicit consent, to send you marketing communications about new products, offers and tips. You can withdraw consent any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email.

3. Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:

• Payment partners (Razorpay) to process your payment.
• Logistics partners (such as Delhivery, Shiprocket, Bluedart, India Post) to deliver your order. They receive only the name, address, mobile number, order weight and order value needed for delivery.
• Email infrastructure (Resend) to deliver order confirmation and shipping update emails.
• Cloud infrastructure (Supabase, Vercel) where order records and the website are hosted, located in regions that comply with applicable data protection norms.
• Government authorities when required by Indian law, court order or a lawful request.

4. Data retention

We retain order data for a minimum of 8 years to comply with the Income Tax Act, GST law and the Companies Act. Marketing preference and unsubscribe records are kept indefinitely so that we can honour your choices. You may request earlier deletion of non-statutory data by writing to our Grievance Officer (see Section 9).

5. Cookies

We use minimal cookies and local storage to keep your shopping cart, remember preferences, and measure aggregate website traffic via privacy-friendly analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser; some site features may not work as a result.

6. Security

We use HTTPS across the site, role-based database access, environment-isolated secrets, and HMAC-verified webhooks for payments. No system on the internet is perfectly secure. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, please write to our Grievance Officer immediately.

7. Your rights under the DPDP Act, 2023

• Right to access a summary of personal data we hold about you.
• Right to correction and erasure of inaccurate or outdated personal data.
• Right to nominate another individual to exercise rights on your behalf in the event of death or incapacity.
• Right to grievance redressal (see Section 9 below).
• Right to withdraw consent to processing where processing is consent-based.

8. Children

Our products and website are not directed at children below 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data of minors. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.
