Refund & Return Policy

Because Wyniki™ is a personal-care liquid that is hand-packed and inspected before shipping, our returns are limited to a specific situation: damage caused in transit. This policy explains exactly how that works.
1. Damaged or wrong-item returns (3-day window)*
If your order arrives with a damaged bottle, a leaking package, a defective spray mechanism, or is the wrong product altogether, please write to orders@wyniki.in within 3 days of delivery with:
- Your order ID
- Photos of the outer package, the bottle and the damage
- Your registered mobile number
We will arrange a free reverse pickup at our cost and either replace the product or refund the full amount, at your choice.
2. What is not eligible for return
Other than damaged-in-transit cases, we are unable to accept returns. Specifically:
- Opened or used bottles, for any reason.
- Returns initiated after 3 days from the date of delivery.
- Returns based on personal preference (look, finish, smell, or how long the protection lasted on your specific car).
- Products purchased through unauthorised resellers. We only sell through wyniki.in and our verified marketplace partners.
- Damage caused by use outside the documented application method on the bottle.
3. Refund timelines
- Refunds are initiated within 2 business days of us confirming the damage or receiving the bottle back.
- Refunds to UPI, debit and credit cards typically reflect in 5 to 7 business days depending on your bank.
- Refunds to net banking transactions reflect in 3 to 5 business days.
- For prepaid orders where the refund cannot be returned to the original payment method, refunds are issued via UPI or NEFT once you share your UPI ID or bank account details. Bank transfers typically reflect in 3 business days.
4. Order cancellations
You can cancel a prepaid order any time before it is dispatched by writing to orders@wyniki.in. A full refund will be issued to the original payment method. Once the order has been handed to the courier, the policy above applies.
5. Grievance escalation
If your concern is not resolved to your satisfaction by the customer support team, please reach Elite Business Machines Pvt Ltd at ebm@ebmmail.com. We commit to acknowledging your complaint within 48 hours and resolving it within 30 days, in line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
* Returns are accepted only for items that arrive damaged or leaking in transit, have a defective spray mechanism, or are the wrong product delivered. No other returns are accepted.
