Wyniki™ ships pan-India from our warehouse at Noida, Uttar Pradesh. This page explains exactly how and when your order will reach you.
1. Free shipping
Standard shipping is free of cost across India on all orders.
2. Dispatch timelines
- Orders placed before 4:00 PM IST on a working day are dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 4:00 PM IST or on Sundays and public holidays are dispatched the next working day.
- You will receive a tracking link by email and SMS as soon as the courier picks up your order.
3. Estimated delivery time
Delivery time depends on the destination and the courier's service map. Indicative ranges, counted from the day after dispatch:
- Metro cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune, Ahmedabad): 2 to 3 business days.
- Tier 2 cities and capital cities: 3 to 5 business days.
- Rest of India, including hilly and remote pincodes: 5 to 8 business days.
These are estimates. Couriers may delay due to weather, public holidays, strikes or force-majeure events beyond our control.
4. Couriers we use
We work with reputable Indian logistics partners including Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, Xpressbees and India Post. The courier assigned to your order depends on the destination pincode and the fastest available service to that pincode.
5. Order tracking
Every shipment includes a tracking number. You can track your order via:
- The link shared in your dispatch email and SMS.
- The courier's website using the AWB (tracking) number.
- Writing to orders@wyniki.in with your order ID.
6. Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address, pincode and mobile number before placing an order. Wrong or incomplete addresses are the single largest cause of failed deliveries. We are not able to redirect a package once it has been handed to the courier, though we will do our best to coordinate with you and the courier in such cases.
7. Failed delivery and RTO
Couriers typically make 2 to 3 delivery attempts. If a delivery cannot be completed (incomplete address or recipient unavailable), the package is marked Return to Origin and shipped back to us. We will reach out to confirm whether you want a re-attempt (actual courier charges apply) or a refund.
8. International shipping
We currently ship only within India. International shipping will be enabled in future and announced on this page.
9. Damaged in transit
If your package arrives damaged or the bottle is leaking, please refuse to accept the delivery if possible, or accept it and contact us within 3 days with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or refund. Refer to our Refund & Return Policy for the full process.
