Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of wyniki.in (the “Site”) and any products purchased from it. The Site is operated by Elite Business Machines Pvt Ltd, with its registered office at B-106, Sector 64, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301, India. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older, and competent to enter into a contract under Indian law, to place an order on the Site.

2. Products and orders

• Product descriptions, images and ingredient information are provided for reference. Minor variations in colour, packaging or label design may occur as we improve our product over time.
• All prices on the Site are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
• An order is confirmed only when payment is successful and a confirmation email has been sent to your registered email address.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where the price has been incorrectly displayed, the product is out of stock, or fraud is suspected. In such cases, any amount already debited will be refunded in full to the original payment method within 7 business days.

3. Pricing & taxes

Prices include GST and free pan-India shipping. There are no hidden charges at checkout.

4. Payment

Online payments are processed by Razorpay Software Pvt Ltd, a payment aggregator authorised by the Reserve Bank of India. We do not store any card or UPI credentials on our servers. By making a payment you agree to Razorpay's terms in addition to ours.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy form part of these Terms. Please read them before placing an order.

6. Safe and intended use

Wyniki Elemento Dark is a car care product for exterior use on automotive paint, plastic trim, headlights and glass. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Avoid eye contact. In case of accidental contact with eyes or ingestion, rinse with water and seek medical advice. Do not use on interior fabrics, leather or wood. Elite Business Machines Pvt Ltd is not liable for damage arising from use outside the documented application method on the bottle.

7. Intellectual property

Wyniki and the “God's behind the wheel” tagline are trademarks of Elite Business Machines Pvt Ltd. The Site's design, copy, logo, product photography and any other content are owned by or licensed to Elite Business Machines Pvt Ltd and are protected under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999. No part of the Site may be copied, distributed or reproduced without prior written permission, except where the law permits fair use.

8. User conduct

You agree not to: (i) interfere with the security or operation of the Site; (ii) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Site or its underlying systems; (iii) use any automated means to scrape, mirror or download the Site; (iv) post content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing or misleading; or (v) use the Site to impersonate any person or entity.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Elite Business Machines Pvt Ltd's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or any product purchased from it shall not exceed the total amount you paid for that product in the 12 months preceding the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.

10. Force majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, pandemics, government action, courier strikes, or failure of public utilities and internet networks.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your order applies to that order. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
